Shashwat has worked with Premier customers around the world assisting them with reactive issues as well as delivering an array of proactive services, ranging from health checks to workshops. Besides Exchange, Shashwat also has extensive experience on ISA Server and Microsoft Threat Management Gateway. He also has worked in the UC space, supporting Unified Messaging on Exchange 2007/2010
