ANSWER:
This was a trick question:”You do not need to use Diskpart when running Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on Windows Server 2008.”

Do you know what changed in Single Instance Store for Exchange 2007?
ANSWER: Exchange 2007’s SIS feature works for attachments only. Exchange 2003’s SIS was for entire email messages.
